I'm caught within a dream,
Or nightmare (if you will),
In which I see your face,
And all time stands still,
Often the dream repeats,
Though it's different everytime.
Either way, when I wake up,
You're still no longer mine.
So I carry out my days
(Though barely, it would seem),
Wishing I could wake up right now...
Wishing this pain was only a dream
